Terms of Service

By accessing or using Company Command Control Center (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by Company Command Control Center SAS, a company registered in France.

Company Command Control Center is a SaaS platform for business operations management, including social media management, email and SMS marketing, CRM, e-commerce, accounting, HR, and related tools. The Service allows users to connect their social media accounts and manage content, analytics, and communications from a single dashboard.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account corresponds to one workspace. You may invite team members to your workspace.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service integrates with third-party social media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) via OAuth. By connecting a platform account, you:

• Authorize the Service to access, read, and publish content on your behalf according to the permissions you grant.
• Confirm that you have the right to connect that account and authorize the Service to act on its behalf.
• Agree to comply with each platform's own terms of service in addition to these Terms.

You can revoke access to any platform account at any time from the Connect Channels section.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable law or the terms of any connected platform.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulation.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written authorization.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond what is provided by official APIs.

The Service uses the official APIs of Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (YouTube), TikTok, and other platforms. By using the Service, you agree to comply with:

The Service is a legitimate business tool and must not be used to violate platform policies, including but not limited to: artificial engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or unauthorized data collection.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Company Command Control Center SAS and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through the Service.

You grant Company Command Control Center a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing terms are presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

Features that depend on third-party APIs (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) are subject to those platforms' availability and policy changes, which are outside our control.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Command Control Center SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
